About the Show

Merry Christmas from the Dahl Family!

It’s the holiday season and all four of the adult Dahl children have returned to their childhood home with partners in tow to celebrate. This family can sing songs in four-part harmony at the drop of a hat, but the gathering is anything but harmonious. Old conflicts resurface, new issues are battled, and dinner is taking absolutely forever to be served. Will the love the Dahls share for each other be enough to get them through, or will this be their last family Christmas?

Emmy® Award nominee Leslye Headland (Bachelorette, “Star Wars: The Acolyte,” “Russian Doll”) has written an equally heartwarming and heartbreaking new play about the things that can bind families together…or tear them apart.

About the Theatre

Helen Hayes Theatre

240 W 44th St
New York, NY 10036

The Helen Hayes Theater was built in 1912 as The Little. In the 1950s it was used to record radio and TV, including The Merv Griffin Show.

In 1983, it was renamed after beloved American actress Helen Hayes, following the destruction of a theatre by the same name in the previous year.
