About the Show

THE MUSEUM OF BROADWAY takes visitors of all ages on an exciting, immersive journey from the birth of Broadway to present day, including a sneak peek behind the curtain into how a Broadway show is made. A team of internationally-renowned designers, artists and historians have crafted a fully interactive experience that is certain to educate, entertain and inspire.

MUSEUM OPERATING HOURS
Sunday – Friday: 9:30am – 6:30pm
Wednesday: 9:30am – 2:30pm
Saturday: 9:30am – 8pm

HOW TO BOOK
Please select the DATE you’d like to attend the museum. We’ve listed the first entry time of the day, 9:30AM. However, once you go through the request ticket process, there is an ADDITIONAL INFORMATION field where you can address what entry time you would like. Please note, entry times are every 15 minutes with the last entry 90 minutes before closing.

*Saturday Exception*
9:30AM-1:30PM is a different price than 1:30PM to close on Saturdays. If you’re looking for an entry time between 9:30AM-1:30PM, please select 9:30AM on Saturday. If selecting an entry time between 1:30PM-close, please select the 1:30PM on Saturday. And address what entry time you would like in the ADDITIONAL INFORMATION field during the booking process.

MUSEUM FAQ
– The experience is self-guided and is one-way only. There is no returning to rooms you’ve already entered and been through. Brand Ambassadors will help you through your journey, and answer any questions you may have (and also help you take photos if you’d like!)
– Most people will spend 1 hour to 3 hours exploring. Move at your own pace. Average time, 90 minutes.
– There are restrooms located in the cellar and an ADA restroom on each floor.
Photos are allowed and encouraged.
– Please be sure to arrive on time, there is only a 15 minute grace period for timed tickets.
Secure lockers are provided and monitored during your stay, so your belongings are safe whilst you enjoy the experience.
